Duxelles:
Fresh Spinach 80g
Minced Garlic 2

Onion 1tbsp
Cream Cheese 2
tbsp (I used cream cheese spread)
Butter half tbsp
Parmesan cheese
powder 1 tbsp (Optional)
Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp (Optional)
Pinch of salt,
sugar and pepper

A)Frozen Puff Pastry

Sauce
Carrot ¼ cup
Celery ¼ cup
Onion ¼ cup
Milk ¼ cup
Chicken Broth ¾ cup
Flour ½ tsbp
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Dark soy sauce
Instruction:
1.
Bake the carrot, celery, onion and chicken bones with some
butter for 15 mins at 200C, then cook with chicken broth.
2. Take out chicken bones and blend the soup, sift it for ready to use.
